Props to Kofi, and props to Bryan for making Kofi earn every bit of that win. This was the perfect culmination that the WWE couldn't mess up. This isn't something that you can plan and try to re-create. They completely fell into this due to Ali's injury and the fervor of the crowd for Kofi during that gauntlet. No slight to Ali, but you're crazy if you think he would have gotten this same support from the crowd, they don't know him [yet]. Kofi's been through the mud and the crowd has been with him for the longest, especially since he hadn't been a heel long in New Day before they all turned back to face. In his less than 12 year career, he [and New Day] was a face for no more than a year. Even during his stale periods, the crowd never got tired of him like other people. Props.
