They need to get rid of the US title, IMO.
Keep the WWE and Universal Titles as the top belt of each show. Let IC Title be the secondary belt that can be defended on both shows. Keep the 24/7 belt as something for everyone else to do. Do one Tag Team Title that can be defended on both shows like the women’s one.

Or... crazy idea... elevate it to importance.
I know this hasn’t been done, but why not put the US Title, IC title as a focal point of Raw and SD. Main event Raw and SD and close the show there. Give real storylines about people who care about being the champion. Use that title as a real stepping stone to get to the next level. Treat it with importance and dignity in order to get over.
See the same logic with the Tag Titles.
Side note, I saw a version of it that was amazing and needs the update. If I find it I’ll post it.

Charisma is separate from in ring work. Just because two guys don't have charisma doesn't mean they can't have a good match.
