Jay Z is a better rapper than Nas, Nas is a better MC, just like Biggie and Pac. Rappers its all about the flow, Mc's its about the lyrics, no one has a better flow than Biggie, thats why he'll always be considered the G.O.A.T, then its Jigga coming in second. The most complete rapper though is gonna have to go to Eminem IMO, not the best in any catergory but well rounded in all.

A lot of you dude when you're making this decision you look at a lot of other things about Jay, but we're just talking about their music... that's it.
You dudes factor his money, his honey, him being a mogul, his business ventures/moves, his star power/mainstream appeal, time in the limelight, and overall success... none of that matters when you're just comparing their music and their skills of Rap/Hip-Hop.
