Legally......none in front windows and anything you want in the rear. However most people tint the fronts as well.

edit** ironically as soon as i finish watching the vid I had a customer come back for inspection, just so happens to be a blue 92 sc with a stick. if it was inbetter condition i'd love to take it off his hands.

all sc's came with a 2jz-ge which is the same non turbo engine that came with the gs's.. some sc's owner swap a 2jz-gte because parts are moreaccessible here in the us but there is a lot of sc's running around with 1jz-gte
