We get free therapists and a whole bunch of other stuff to try to intervene.
Half the guys I know are in it.
It’s the long hours which leads to family problems.
You gotta just go home when you want and refuse them. Then you will be fine.

Money management and dope abuse as well. Knew some cats in my cement finishing days that could float like Ali but was on that ice cold

You aren’t joking man. Money management is awful same with drugs. The trades will eat you alive if you have no self control.

Got cut from my cushy tech job of 7 years. Was a good ride 
. Still applying to jobs 4 months later but the market dry as hell.
In the meantime though I picked up a side gig as a mailman for USPS lol

I’m not jobless anymore.. to those that know my battle with my mental health .. idk it seemed like all it took was one vitamin and the symptoms went away. Not 100% perfect but I can do things now. So I went and looked for a job and got it.

But it worked. Cuz idk why my symptoms would just up and leave like that. It happened before it left and came back and put me out for years. This my statement. Get to the bag!

Late to bed, early to rise. Like a mf machine lol. Been on 2 gigs since forever. Usually burn two bowels before bed and give thx i haven't lost my mind

I was working three at a point, not all in one day, but was employed at three different places. Hours was like 10AM to midnight/1am most weekdays. Sleep was sub-par, would have to sleep at the job at times when I found time or would get caught dozing off.
Didn’t work out, still don’t. Family time was little to non or time for myself. Don’t have many friends to hang with either.
I consider my co-workers my friends.

On my current situation, I’m not jobless but been on call pretty much since July.
Not sure the reason but it’s affecting a lot of stuff, mainly income. I don’t necessarily want to be consider irresponsible because I’m not but I’m not holding my end of the bargain due to the current circumstances.
Might have to look for new work, as much as I don’t want to.

Have you tried doing side gigs like uber, lyft. You could look for side gig jobs on wonolo app I tried it once.
