Depp is an actor who can do EVERYTHING extremely well. Another guy who is top is Edward Norton, very versatile.

One of the greatest actors of this generation. So much of Pirates' success is solely off of him formulating the Jack Sparrow character in his head.Finding Neverland, Blow, Sleepy Hollow, all great, but my all time favorite Depp movie ever :
