Agreed, the 23 starts too high, the jumpman is touching the liner, the cut is super low. Sorry bro, doesn't look good at all

Thanks, I figured no worries already got my money back, i did the whole message a ebay seller to sale through PayPal for less.  Long story short he said he was in Louisiana but was really in China.  When I found that out I got my money back immediately through my bank and this dude sent the shoes anyway.  So I figured I would checkout what I already suspected.
