cars are cars man, when you work on cars its all the same Ford or Ferrari and ive worked on both. the only difference is how each company builds their cars. even with the older air-cooled porsches and the new water-cooled cars when working on any porsche you will see similarities of how companies build cars. when you go to a mechanic school they dont teach you how to work on every different brand because their cars and are all the same. but each auto company does things slightly differently so when you work for dealers they might send you to their brand specific school . bottom line is if you can work on cars you can pretty much work on any car its all the same.
