Judging by the only pic you have I'd say fake. For one the stretched 23, two the midsole and outsole points don't line up in the center.

Hmm I wouldn't rely solely on the sole (hurrhurr), nah but seriously my retail Columbias also don't line up. If you paid via paypal, get your refund as quick as possible.
