not 100 but i think he would average around 60 a season if he wanted
you need to understand exactly how wilt got 100 in that game. they were intentionally fouling the knicks to get him the ball back. the whole point of the game was to get him 100. it didn't naturally happen
but if MJ convinced his team to help him get 100 then yeah he could do it

I for one wouldn't bet against him if he said he could drop 100, let's face it this dude made up stuff throughout his career so the media would talk it up thus creating challenges for himself. At 38 with bad knees and a few extra pounds MJ dropped 51 shot 55% in THIS ERA so I'm going to venture to say a PRIME MJ could pretty much do what he wants today.
And real talk defense WAS tougher in MJ's era than it is today, you can't deny that the rule changes were put in place to HELP scoring not stop scoring.
