Shape, materials, etc are all very off, not to mention all of the widows peaks and tongues. Im also assuming you didnt pay legit pair price.

I'm with TIMMYBRIXXX on this one.

The first wrong I noticed was the overall shape of the shoe (1st Indicator)

The second thing wrong I noticed was the tongue's- they look horrible (2nd Indicator)

The third thing I noticed wrong was the air unit- that is the biggest indicator you can find when it comes to Retro 4s

if it says "PURES" on the back of the shoe back tab, then that's a good sign. If it doesn't they're def fake.
