Frank: this is the 4th or 5th package in a row this has happened. its getting tiresome.

Lauren: Alrighty we are chatting with UPS now, please be aware that if UPS does not allow us to, the package will get delivered as normal, or if you are not there you can contact UPS, refuse delivery, and then you can get refunded.
Frank: they shouldnt have any reason not to allow it. this is the 5th package in a row ive had to do this. you guys just have tp have your warehouse upload the shipping/billing manifest to them
Frank: they themselves were the ones who told me they cant reroute my package unless i have you guys contact them. it would make no sense for them to say they cant do it.
Lauren: I apologyize Frank, but UPS has confirmed that they will be unable to, but I have been advised that you can give them a call after the first delivery attempt has been made.

Frank: they were the ones who told me to have my shipper contact them
Frank: its been done for my last 4 packages. this makes no sense at all. and its getting tiresome that i have to go through ALL this for the past few weeks for my packages.
Frank: somebody in your warehouse is not doing their job. they have obviously been sending out packages and not doing it the correct way
Frank: i even have emails from previous packages from Nike customer support telling me that in fact the warehouse forgot to upload the manifest and that they have taken care of it.
Lauren: I completely understand your frustration Frank, and I assure that we have exhausted all options on our end. The package will be delivered as normal we just will not be able to hold it at a hub.
Frank: that makes 0 sense.
Frank: its been done 4 times, but now it cant be done for this package
Lauren: I apologize Frank, but this is the next step in getting this matter resolved. As we will now need you to work directly with carrier to get this taken care of
Frank: thats the issue. i contact the carrier to get it resolved. they tell me they cant do anything unless my shipper contacts them and uploads the rest of the information but then i get told they cant do it. its a circle. this is ridiculous
Frank: UPS is telling me to contact you, and u guys r telling me to contact UPS.
Frank: makes ZERO sense
Frank: and you havent even addressed the fact that somebody in your warehouse is not doing their job.
Frank: this is the 5th package that your warehouse has not fully uploaded all the info to UPS. and its not over a week or something. this is for packages over the span of a month. so obviously theyre just doing it the same way incorrectly over and over and over
