They look like they were worn a LOT so they should have some life left. they're actually in pretty good shape, they just need to be cleaned. They dont seem to have any damage

Legit and since they have been worn a lot they should be wearable. Of course you'd have to inspect the midsoles to see if there is any cracking or midsole that has came off, if not them they should be good to go.
