I have an awkward feeling these are going to be Reimagined because 7 years since the last re-release is quite soon for another original version to be rehashed again.

..........When are they gonna do this to the White Infrareds? The last time the White Infrareds VIs retro'd, they never got the OG NA treatment like these Black Infrareds did back in 2019.

I get Nike's current marketing plan of "restoring stock figures" is to release the most popular JB retros in the last 10+ years or so...........BUT THE WHITE INFRAREDS GOT LOVE TOO IN THAT TIME SPAN!

This is an edited photo of one of my '19 pairs. I overlaid a '91 pair on top and removed everything but the heel to see what they'd look like with the OG Durabuck contrast heel. Give these flat black leather for the heel to imitate that, with a higher tongue, as well as the same material as last release BUT with white cut lines in the nu-durabuck like on the DMP 6s that came after and my wallet is yours, JB!

Was def considering getting another 2019 pair but now I will wait and see. I’m certain these will be ruined, I mean reimagined but I will still hold out a minor sliver of hope because I was certain the black cement 3s would have been reimagined and mercifully I was wrong about that.

THERE IS NO POINT TO REIMAGINE THESE WHEN THEY GOT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. REIMAGINE THE 15s, 18s, 19s ETC BECAUSE THEY’RE TERRIBLE. Sorry for the rant.

I may pass on these if they're in the original form because I strictly wear my 2019 version to match with the 1991 NBA All-Star Game jersey. So they stay somewhat newer by default based on that.

But if these aren't Reimagined, what if they have some sort of tweak as this brand is known to do with retro models, would it deter y'all from getting them? Would it be polarizing if they made these with the correct identical specs but with the dreaded Jumpman logo on the back?

I leaned toward Reimagined for these since it's been a popular gimmick for this brand that has a demand as evidenced with each version that had that gimmick.

It didn't dawn on me until I stumbled on this one. But If these do get rehashed in the in its original form, perhaps it's to coincide with the 35th anniversary of the VI.

I wouldn't necessarily say confirmed,more like some of us speculating based on logic and history regarding the reimagined gimmick. But if these do get the reimagined gimmick, what would it be? Leather? Aged/cracked?

I based possible tweak on these on the 7 year period between the crappy 2011 & 2018 Concord XI being rehashed. The 2011 version had the 23 on the back. The 2018 had the 45 on the back.

But I think most of us on here can agree that a 7 year period between the Black Infrared VI is too soon for these to be rehashed in its original form. I wouldn't be shocked if they threw some type of swerve on these.
