They must, or either everyone in that city chose that location! Im n cincy ohio. 2 FTLs HOHs within 20 mins of each other.. The HOH I won at had only 18 pairs

I think that the apps are geared towards giving higher paying customers more of the coveted releases with this release, out of the multiple accounts I used all with the same head start only the account with the most spent hit
