Jordan XI Breds Legit Check Please

Hi guys, this guy purchased at WSS with receipt, bought on 12/21/12.  Are these Jordan XI Breds legit?

One thing that could be a problem are the production dates.  One is in 6/13/12- (forgot when it ends) and the other shoe is 7/10/12 - 8/14/12.  I'm assuming seller had two pairs and swapped.
