I suppose, but i wouldnt want to deal with it.

Say you actually do receive a package. Then imagine the shyster threw some fakes in it. You now have to prove to paypal they're fake and not what you were buying.

These are just scenarios. Your purchase might go completely smooth.

Personally, i wouldnt want to deal with it
