Oh wow, the soles are looking great. Even closer to the og than I expected. These are looking very close to a 1:1!! Mandatory double up, even if it’s my least favorite og 11.

I stopped buying XI’s on the secondary 10 years ago. They literally mastered bootlegging the XI before any other Jordan. I have decades of experience and it’s basically impossible to tell the difference and anyone saying it’s not is

The patent really doesn’t yellow anymore. They changed something. I have the white cherry lows from like 2010 or 2011 whenever those released, silver anni’s and the last legend blue retro. None of them yellowed even a bit. The last pair that I bought that yellowed is the ‘01 pair. All I did was put them back in the box when I wasnt wearing them.

While I do appreciate the compliment, I'm not gone eat off homie's name like that. Jay is way too busy to be NT especially considering all the looks he's been getting from sponsors lately. Plus I got a while to go before I could even come close to matching his fly lol

Yeah I really don’t be expecting guys to know every fact about every sneaker like Nike Talk guys. I always remember we are the ones that aren’t normal. The average civilian can’t name every retro release a shoe has ever had. Or the differences between shape material etc. I just watch to see what I can expect on release day.These dudes don’t be knowing sh*t about sneakers**** annoying

I dunno, if you’re doing videos year after year and don’t have a clue what the first XI was with the high patent cut and talk about it for several minutes, getting it wrong over and over, you’re making yourself look like a fool. You Tube is just another source of income for most of these guys. It’s a job. Most of them are just casual sneaker enthusiasts. I don’t hold that against them. It is what it is. I just said in the BC3 thread earlier that Nightwing was probably my favorite sneaker reviewer because he’s knowledgeable and actually has a love for sneakers. I probably can’t name 3 of the bigger sneaker tubers that actually know the history like that.

Sometimes the people on here forget we are the minority. It’s not normal to have the amount of knowledge about something as meaningless as sneakers as most of us do. I don’t personally know a single person that knows as much as me about the history of sneakers. I only see guys with that type of knowledge on NT. I’ve come to not expect that from people. A lot of the sneaker channels I watch the guy may not have the knowledge but their content is A1 and the videos are somewhat entertaining so I’ll watch. Mike Rich consistently gets 15k to 20k views on his vids. None of the people that watch him are gonna stop because he didn’t know the Columbias retroed in 2001 because most of the people that watch him didn’t know or wasn’t even around to know they retroed 24 years ago for the first time.
