dude i was thinking of doing that to my quickstrikes and i think i may do it because they are soooo comfy but the straps are a pain in the rump, thanks forthis!!!

as annoying as the strap is i would never do that to the shoe... it just ruins the overall look... plus you're messing up a $180 shoe on purpose

i agree with the posters about the XX 3/4... i wear them way more than the XX hi's...
.... those bibby PEs are a siiick color, but if you wanted the original colors (just strapless) i wouldve gone with the 3/4...

it's true that the XX is not the XX without the straps but that doesn't look too bad.

first off if thats the way you like the shoe then rock it out with your c#$k out and second i think all you have to say is if you like it or not becauseobviously if you DONT like it then you WOULDNT do it. i personally think the straps are ugly and useless and deserve to be thrown out, ugly for the eye and noperformance enhancement in any way
