Correct stitching, correctly colored soles, metallic gold Jumpman symbol on the back, feathers looked etched, 3M = legit.
I'd still do some more research though...just recently have we started seeing GM DB3s start to pop up on the market, so these (and the DBX's and Vs) could be next. Unless there's been an "new release" on the GM front, the pair photoed are legit.

These are legit. DB 9s are quite hard to replicate. The soles green and red pattern is hard to replicate, the jumpman on the bottom is usually reversed on the fakes, the back of the tongue of the authentic has the September 13th on it while fakes usually don't, the feather pattern isn't as compacted on the fake as well, and that 3m looks on point.
