No lie, the amount of heat on these tapes is ridiculous. The only reason I left College Dropout off the better thanlist is because of its certified classic status, although I would argue volume 1 trumps it as well. You can literally hear the hunger in Ye's voiced whenhe was spittin' on these tracks, dropping the best quotables in his matriculation("white benz, **** twins, i ain't gon' lie they only 5'sbut together they 10's/, mayonnaise colored benz I push miracle whips/, I been known to have a *%& or two, cuz my diamonds yellow like a smoker tooth/)etc....it goes on for days. Volume 3 isn't really the same because it released this year and has some CD & LR tracks on it plus a rack of features, but still dope nonetheless. And no these aren't complete track lists, just notables from each disc from my personal listening. Volumes 1 & 3 are 20tracks and Volume 2 is 21 tracks.
