anyone had kicks-crew send them an email after purchasing a shoe requesting for them to send a copy of their ID and debit/credit card?

if so, what did you do?

No I did not get that, and I've ordered twice from there. You'd be better off taking this to the Nike forum though

You'd get a better answer in the Nike forum. But how much did you order price wise? That may have something to do with it.

I wouldn't send a copy of anything. is the payment process on hold? ask them why they are requesting copies of your id and cc. it's a bit strange. my advice for next time, go paypal.

them dudes even legit?

yes, they are legit. i bought from them before 5 times and would again.

wrong forum, but i also bought from them and was decently happy. never had to provide that added info. Maybe it's for customs especially if your order is over a certain price.

Kicks-crew is in the "grey market" area. The reason I say that is because of the Concords XI thread in the JB forum. Kicks-crew had early release pairs and was put in the same group as Air Randy, SDS, etc.

^Hong Kong

thats what I figured.

I'm good #TpainVoice

ya'll can keep them fake *** shoes, :lol. Dudes talkin bout "they legit" c'mon fam......:{

why even put ya'll selves through that mess? love yourselves people, don't buy that crap.

*update*

they settled for a blacked out copy of my id. item was shipped and in DS condition. it was a pair of MV IX elites. transaction went smooth. they ask for more info with transactions over 300 now.

which is stupid because paypal basically guarantees no fraud is involved

OAN i do think that kicks-crew/air-knight and any legit china site is more likely to get b-grades or flawed pairs especially in jordans and when you purchase early.

however i have purchased from them 4 times and none of my shoes had any issues

i have no doubts about the authenticity of their products

dawg thats code for fake.

come on man...the outlets get B-grades. so are they fake?

outlets are the avenues companies use to get rid of product that is faulty, overstocked or didn't pass quality control. so no, the ones at an official outlet are not fake. i have a pair of clear burberry jordan XI b-grades if you want em.

Can you send me some info on how kicks crew works on how your process went when you were buying shoes from them? im trying to order a pair of retro 5's

They had me send in a copy of my license and cc blacked out certain parts on both cards but I got my shoes in about 2 weeks from the order date. Legit but the box came all smashed up for 1 pair which I was not happy about. :{

i got the same email i sent them a picture of my blacked out credit card do you think that will do?

Digging this up a bit, but for those that have ordered there

Do they prepay the import fees and taxes etc...?

If not how much is it?

How long did it take for them to verify and ship your shoes out after you sent them your stuff
