UPDATE for my NT fam I'm still alive yo!
The owner of kixsquare has finally contacted me after how many months. He personally called me asking me if there's anything he can do to resolve the situation. I was asked how the transaction went and he's going to fire and remove that person who messed up my order. He offered to put me on their email list for upcoming releases and if there was a shoe that I was interested in he can help get for me. I asked if he had any black toe 1's, and unfortunately there was none. Then the last thing he asks me if I knew about this thread on nike talk since it has now become the one of top results for a 'kixsquare' google search. I told him yeah I posted that. He feels that since I received a refund and I didn't have to send the wrong colorway back that I should delete this thread entirely. This thread has exposed more issues from other customers that have been ignored as I have. I do appreciate that he has tried to resolve my issue, but I can't delete this post until their bad business practices have been entirely fixed.
