I'm thinking it's fake. I bought one from ebay from China as well, and it had a bad U just like that.
You can see that where it says BULLS, the U is somewhat crooked.
Also, the jersey looks like it's an older model? Not sure how they would get it now brand new.
I think you should just look for a different one, preferably an Authentic stitched one. Swingman jerseys are useless.
