L/C on these Royal 1's (Asap)

This guy is out of town now, but can have someone back home ship them out for him. I asked for a picture of the inside of the tongue, he said he will try, if not, he can send them when he gets back in town, which is in January.

He said footlocker replaced the top lid because it was too damaged. See pictures below if you can tell me if they are fake or not. Please help me out here, been trying to get a pair of royals!
