Nah. Bron basically replaces everything Juju does at a higher level. Wasn't really room for him even before he expressed his desire not to be here/questioning his role going forward. Just wish we could have gotten something for him or used him in a trade.

First it was down to Boston or gsw. Next they said nobody else offered anything. Then pels said what the heck are you talking about we were talking and you never called us back. Now this?
If true lakers would be dumb to do this. Just from a psychological POV it woulda been a good move. To make the summer even more of a success. Unless the move woulda pissed pop off more and lowered the chance of a kawhi trade

If it was just for this year then yea maybe that's a bad look, but dude turned down 2 years 40 million from NO. He probably wasn't in the best head space.

As long as Boogie didn't go to a western conference team like back the Pelicans or the Blazers (just throwing them out there) the Lakers should be happy. Regardless, he likely wouldn't be back until Thanksgiving anyways.
