Having 4 worst seasons and trading the core you got from sucking for the ability to fight for the 8th seed and having nothing to show for being terrible is worse.

Hasn't happened

Because Magic is a wild card we have no idea what he can and can't do.

And yes it can get worse, the team could bottom out and be bad for more years to come. Or Magic is a genius and lakers are in the playoffs in the next 3 years. The unknown is scary.

We also know that Jim isn't fit for the job. I like Mitch though

The FAILED Boogie trade was obviously the final straw that sealed Mitch & Jim's fate.

It's clear the boogie trade was between us and New Orleans.
