Bring back Max
Hayes probably opts in. Out of the vet min guys, he’s the guy I’d keep.

And then from there you can trade guys to get a wing defender. A backup center. (Rui being the most valuable that is the easiest to part with)

And may have enough room the TPMLE, a 2nd round pick, possibly 1 vet min spot.

The Nets get younger. I'd throw in Wood (I'm positive he's going to opt-in) too if they want another big. Don't think I'd be willing to surrender #17.

I'm advocating for roster change that include and are limited to:
- Offloading dead weight.
- Acquiring a traditional big; 2 would be nice.
- Acquiring a consistent shooter; 2 would be nice.

But, he hasn’t paid his dues as a coach and other coaches will resent that. The optics won’t be good, as if he was just gifted a HC job for the most prestigious franchise when so many others have been grinding for years waiting for a shot
