Time to see what Portland is made of.

Rck, this one.....

tougher schedules defined by the numbers can always be misleading. in a league based on mismatches, i am confident sactown will win more games 8o

The graph rck posted doesn't have to do with the rest of the season.

It's a comparison of NBA winning percentage versus the strength of their competition so far this season.

Wonderin how it will be if we land the 4th pick in the draft, and the 3 teams ahead of us go Embiid, Parker, Randle, leaving Andrew Wiggins for us. 8o

Wonder how it would work out.

Would he become Paul George for us, or Rudy Gay 2.0?

We haven't taken an elite prospect since 96. :lol

I need Mitch to start holdin onto these draft picks man. Freakin Nash trade is killing my damn soul more everyday. :{

Hmmmmm

This might be a stretch, but think about it, it's not THAT impossible. 8o

The scenario I mentioned above. We get the #4 pick. Embiid goes to the Bucks. Parker goes to the Magic. Randle goes #3 to ___?

We take Wiggins. 2014
2015 Kevin Love comes over.

4 years later, Joel Embiid says I freakin hate it in Milwaukee, I want the hell out of here.

Wiggins, (his college teammate) ( ;) ) calls ol boy in January and says yeah man, it's January, 75 degrees, and I'm at the beach with a bunch of bikini models. Good luck tonight against Atlanta.......

So, just as Embiid is entering his prime, his rookie contract coming to a close, he tells the Bucks, get lost, I don't want to sign an extension with you......

Wiggins 2014
Love 2015
Embiid 2018

They'd barely be 23-24 years old at that point, Love would be 30ish.

you just envisioned that for 5 minutes in your head didnt you? that whole bikini models at the beach thing? :lol

embiid to the bucks tho :x

CP, you and I both know if Embiid hits he's not leaving Milwaukee (or wherever he gets drafted) for the next seven to eight years.

You gotta assume all rookies will sign offer sheets or extensions. They can't pass up the first real payday even if they hate it there (i.e. Kyrie)

Best case for outside teams like us, they sign the big extension... for only 4 years w/ a player option, Kevin Love style. That's where our free agency power comes into play :smokin
