Also another cool tidbit, My bro and I sat next to Julius Randle's mom and GF.

She was super nice. I told her how glad I was that he was a Laker and that injury killed us last season. She said oh it was horrible for him too. Very kind woman.

His GF is fine  and has that southern accent.

Then a Lakers official came and got them seats next to the bench

d'antoni is a decent coach but was just a terrible fit at the time.

I don't feel bad because I always said he was offensively a genius. Said it numerous times. Multiple quotes.

Did not and will not ever think he's a great overall HEAD COACH.

But there's no disputing he takes an absolute crap on Byrons face when it comes to running an offense. I wish he'd be content with being an offensive coordinator type coach but he wouldn't be.

Made the decision today with my boys that we are gonna fly out to LA this winter to catch a game at Staples. I live near Philly and it will be my first time in Cali. Been a lifelong dream of mine to catch a Lakers game in LA can't wait to make it happen :smokin

Just waiting for that schedule to release so we can pick a game.

Why wouldn't they?
If Kobe retires or even at worst comes back for some cheap 4 million dollar year, any good player can come to LA with their free agent friends and run LA. You got a distributor like DLo to get you the ball, you got going athletic players like Nance to make it fun, you got a defender/shooter like Brown to improve the spacing, you got a bull in Randle which will get better with time and be able to run some great fast breaks with.

I mean, it's obviously no Spurs situation :lol
Team is young and very far from real competitiveness. But it has appealing pieces.

Plus, plenty of money.

We ain't getting Durant imo, but I think a few solid players would be down if DLo and company show a little competitive fire this season.

The 2016 list is pretty poor after KD and Horford.

You keep wanting home runs, there are plenty of doubles to be had. ;)

y'all ready to watch Kris put in work tonight?

Randle & Upshaw are gonna eat tho :\

Why do we need MkG? Can't space the floor. Basically an undersized 4 when most effective. We plan on running Julius at the 5 or something?

When you have Russell, Clarkson and Randle in the starting line up, you got to have a top flight defender on the wing. Maybe Brown is that guy, but I'm not holding my breath and I like him a lot.

Anyways,
@CandaceDBuckner Also, Jordan Hill's contract is for one year/$5 million. He's likely your leading candidate to be starting center.
