He is as consistent though, he's been getting in trouble for drugs (well weed). Dude just has an addictive personality. If you're making millions and still getting in trouble for weed you could see it heading down that path.

NBA doesn't test for drugs during the off season. NBA players could be on anything until the season starts and then they even know ahead of time when the "random" test are coming.
