I'm trying to find out whether or not these shoes are fakes. I wanted to restore them but don't want to waste time on a replica. :l

These look terrible. Almost certain that these are fake. However get @Firepower's opinion on these, he knows his OG's.

These are fake

- The back tab is very narrow and shaped wrong

- The general shoe from back to front looks like its been squashed

- Tongue looks short and not long enough

- Netting looks a bit funky to me

For future reference to you, og fakes will usually be the easiest to spot because the quality of the fakes was even worse back in the day. The newer fakes that are getting closer and closer to looking like the authentics is what you need to keep your eye out for. Hopes this helps you
