I'm not as familiar with the 2000 version. Check the "Jumpan ___" accross the tongue. It should say "Jumpman Jam" perpendicularly. If it says "Jumpman Jordan", I would guess fake.

i believe they are legit but im no expert

I would say that these are legit, and in pretty good shape for a 2000 pair. I've paid $425 for a pair in slightly better condition.
