Not looking too good. Get a side shot of the shoes and close ups of the tongues. The perforations on the front of the tongue look off as well. But the eprint and cut looks wrong.

Yea I'm not liking the tongues or the EP. Looks too thin. I've been seeing now more and more GMs that are now trying to correct the EP but you can still tell.

That looks like a completely different pair of BC3s.... The EP looks lower and thicker from those pics and tongues look different.

The second pair you posted has nothing to do with the first one.
First pictures are showing fake pair of BC, as stated above, EP is too thin and too high on the toe box, tongue is choppy and perforation is aligned where it should be diagonal.
Second pictures are showing a real pair of BC and you can see from the EP that it is not the same pair as the first one.

I thought the same thing. Seems like sellers are sending pictures of authentics when asked for specific shots lately.
