Hello, I live in Mexico and that sticker is on every Nike Shoe sold here so they must be bought here. Its requiered by law to display information in spanish on imported products. They seem legit to me. I can send pics of some of my pairs bought here (I also buy USA as I live close to the border). That sticker is legit. Hope it helps.
