Need more info and pics -are these kids size?
Look suspicious to me ...toebox shouldn't be as heavily tumbled as that & the inner lining shouldn't be showing over the top of the tongue

Yeah try to get more pics -ideally a side profile, heel & tag.
These are fake...
See how the leather is heavily tumbled, similar to your pair...
Now look at the leather on this authentic pair (size 7)...
Now of course, the leather will always vary slightly from shoe to shoe so it's not an exact science, but it's definitely a red flag when it comes to Xs, that's why I really need more pics.
I have 2 pairs of the '05 Steels and it's impossible to give you a definitive answer from the pics you provided.
