Sorry to break it to you, but these are fakes.

It's tough to tell with Tiffany Hi's, as the replicas are close to the real deal, but there are a few things that always stand out:  (See here for pics of a legit pair)

1. The croc print on official pairs is much more defined; not as subtle as on the replicas.
2. The White stitching on the heel is very neat, straight, and narrow on legit pairs, while on replicas it is a bit wider and almost crooked.
3. The biggest give away (besides the croc print) is the product tag.  On replicas, although the information may be the same, the font seems to thick and the overall tag seems not a clean.  It's difficult to explain, but if you look at legit pairs, you'll see what I mean.
