dunno too much on spotting fake sbs but these look fake stitching looks sloppy toe box looks misshapen but im not postitive any1 else can help?

Legit. The size tag in the shoe has the date touching the bar code and the size tag on the shoe box is properly spaced. Stitching and toe box are in order as well. Your good to go.
