I got 1 month of work under my social so I wasnt gonna bother to file. My fam tellin me I can cash out by claiming some dependents but I dont know where/how to start put me on NT.

Well you should file that is if you had your checks withheld for Federal and/or State taxes.
If you only had one month of work and have dependents(make sure no one else claimed them), then most likely you would qualify for Earned Income Credit which is basically free Federal money.
