My intent was not to make you worry about wearing them. Because they are wearable. Just wanted you to know of possibility. Any shoe of that age unfortunately is at risk of falling apart. I have read several in here that still wear thier ogs. Xiis are tru tanks though. They do have good reputation for holding up. So not all cases are same. If you decide to keep them, which for the money you spent seems ok. If sole separation does occur, it's not that hard to reglue. Utube vids out there to show you if needed.
