This is my first pair of jordans, my wife purchased them from finishline when they came back in stock last week.  Got them in today but just want to make sure theyre legit, you never know maybe people swap out fakes with the reals and return them to store.

reason why i asked was one of the sneakers looked like they had been worn the sole had some marks on it

ANY SHOE ESTABLISHMENT WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN A USED PAIR OF SHOES.  THOSE SEEM LEGIT FROM THE PICTURES AND SOMETIMES ITS NOT A SUPRISE THAT A STORE WILL GET A RESTOCK I.E. NIKE.COM AND EASTBAY JUST HAD A RESTOCK THE "KILROY" PACK.
