To me, they appear to be fakes.

- scales look too small and have a shine to it (plastic-like)
- toe box looks off
- suede on toe box cut too high
- strap shouldnt be shiny on the inside and should have a matte finish (this sealed it for me)

I'm confident because of the reasons stated above. These fakes are getting better though.
