Legit Check help on a used pair Air Jordan 1 Black Toe 2016

These look off to me.
The swoosh on the left shoe lateral side looks very wide to me. The red leather ankle flaps also looks wide. The wings logo don't look deeply embossed, this can happen in retail pairs.
I really don't know too much about Black Toes as I do other colorways. Someone that has a retail pair may help you better.

Add pictures of the extra laces, box label, red stamp, back of the shoes, and a close up of the Nike air on the insoles, soles, and tongue.

agreed

swooshes look odd and as does the placement of the wing logo

I feel like with black toes I could easily tell legit or fake and these strike me as odd
