I got the same 10s from sole supremacy and my tongue does not sit nearly as high as yours.

From these pix im leaning fake as well..The blue looks off, general shape, tongue is too tall etc..Snap a few pix outside so we can see the actual shade of blue..Snap a few shots of the box and box label if you have it as well.
