IMO, those look like an unathorized pair people buy from sites like Taboa (China), due to the blue tint on the soles. Typcally, Concords have some type of yellowing around the pods. Even the people who were able to get a pair from the Finishline restock a few months back had some type of minor yellowing on the soles.
