Legit Check on 2001 Black/Red 1's

Didn't question their authenticity until someone said they were fake in the ebay post in the sneaker showcase forum. I still do not think they are fake,but someone with higher knowledge than I says they are. Can anyone give a 100% answer on whether or not theyre legit?

No need to post extra pictures. Those are definitely fake.
The ankle opening is about 2x the size it should be.
The tip of the Jordan wing logo should be 1/2" - 5/8" away from the vertical seem. It's a good 1.5" on this pair.
The toe box should be more of an arc, not a square.

Check is off ankle openning off and toe box way off also it looks like cheap leather
