Legit check on 95 Concords.

Hi everyone, newbie here but would greatly appreciate input on this.  Came across a pair of '95 Concords and was thinking they are quite clean for a 17 year old shoe.  Can anyone tell me if they think this is a fake or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

He's selling for just over $200 which makes me think he's either not that smart or he's selling fakes.
