I may be wrong here.. But I'd say from what I can see - fakes.

The interior should be different in each shoe.. Not just on the tongue. Also the rubber mesh looks slightly off colour.

100% fakes. Issues include the positioning of the 23, interior pattern, color/size of the mesh, spacing used on the "Jordan" on the outsole. Stay away from these.

The padded part of the ankle looks way too inflated. Should be padded.. not round. Looks like a cyst.
