I already know the answer but would love others input on these.  hint check the UPC but im sure you won't need to go that far.  This seller for some reason doesn't want to remove it and swears up and down its authentic and obviously doesn't want to hear what I have to say.  So I figure to let the crowd decide.

The soles are way to icy for 2010 release. Should be yellowing around pods.  The lack of padding behind the 23 on the heels are also a sign.  May be wrong here but the patent cut looks to high for a size 12 shoe.  This is not an authentic release cool grey.
