Legit depending on who you ask .... this looks like a grey market pair which means they were produced without Nike's authorization .... the soles are super icy and shouldn't be i have an 09 release day pair and they are really yellow 4-5 years will do that but these are extremely icy ... it's up too you if you wanna buy them but you should know it isn't legit in the eyes of some

Cut looks high on the back. Besides that everything looks good. From the white point to the top of the shiny part it should not be more than 3/4 inches...
